Staying at Atlantic Hideaway felt special with its clean and spacious rooms that really stand out. The staff impressed me with their friendly and accommodating attitude. check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to their convenient text-based system. The location is fantastic, just steps from Atlantic Ave and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, as I noticed cockroaches and flies, which was surprising. The bathroom door was tricky to close, and I struggled with the main door as well. Additionally, I had requested adjacent rooms well in advance but ended up on opposite sides of the property. The bed was too soft for comfort, and I faced delays in getting a microwave we requested. Overall, I've enjoyed my time here but feel certain aspects, especially regarding cleanliness and room arrangements, need attention for a better experience.

Plus, the picnic area is perfect for casual outdoor eating. Loving that friendly staff always ready with a smile.
Now for the nitty-gritty, I found a few cleanliness hiccups, like a rogue cup under the bench and some mysterious hair on the bed. Plus, the room felt a bit tired with squeaky hinges and some renovation blues creeping in.
